Order and Application Processing

All IDP applications and orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving the complete documentation. For Urgent Processing orders, processing is expedited to within 5 minutes, significantly faster than the standard 24-hour window. Once your IDP application is approved, a digital copy of your IDP is emailed to you.

Printed IDP
Printed IDP orders will be fulfilled within two business days. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number within 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

The estimated transit and delivery times are based on your shipping location. Please note that these times are approximations provided by our shipping partners and may vary. Below is a summary of the two available shipping options and their estimated delivery times:

• Express Shipping: FedEx International Priority or DHL or UPS or Yanwen: up to seven (7) business days. Costs vary depending on your location and we reserve the right to select any of the shipping partners.
• Standard Postal Service: delivery times and costs vary by country, up to 25 business days.

You can track your order using the Fedex or Standard Postal service links which will be emailed to you. While we strive to assist with shipping inquiries, once an order leaves our warehouse, our visibility on the shipment is limited and your first point of contact should be the shipping carrier. All shipping times are estimated.

Import Duties and Taxes
You may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or other taxes as dictated by your local government. International Driving Agency does not charge these fees; they are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.

Missed Deliveries
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We cannot accept liability for missed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, invalid contact details, refusal of delivery, or circumstances where the courier is unable to complete delivery for reasons beyond our control.

Change of address

In some cases it may be possible to change the shipping address. There is an admin fee of $29 for this. In most cases it will not be possible to change the shipping address once you complete the order.
