Initiate Return

Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number via email within 24 hours. This number must be included with your return shipment.

Ship Item Back

Pack the physical IDP booklet securely in its original packaging if possible. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Item Inspection

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to verify its condition. This typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Upon approval, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5-10 business days after inspection.

If you receive a damaged or defective IDP, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll typically replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

International Returns

For international customers, return shipping is free via standard international mail. Expedited return shipping is available at customer's expense.

No, digital IDPs are non-refundable once delivered to your email. However, if there's an error in your digital document, we'll correct it at no charge.
